* The bodies in the photo is volks SD9.
You can order 1 set per person.
* Lace and other materials may be changed to similar materials depending on the material supply.
- Above images may appear different from actual product depending on viewer’s monitor setting.
- All makeup process is hand crafted. As a result, there may be slight differences amongst each head and left and right asymmetry.
* If a lot of order at the same time, it is possible to overload the system.
If we exceed the total amount, deal with one after another as it cancel. Sorry about that.

* This product requires 90 working days for processing.
If payment is confirmed on the first day of the order period May 30th, October 18th is the expected shipping day.
- Shipping Fee is calculated based on EMS rate.
- This is an order made product and cannot be cancelled if you change your mind. Please be cautious and read guidelines and FAQ sections before purchasing.
- Please note that your Purchaser Name must match with your PayPal Sender Name when sending your payment.
- For P.M.O, please leave us a message on our customer service board for your convenience.
If you wish to use EMS Premium instead, please contact us at customer service board.
We will use EMS Premium for shipping if EMS Premium shipping courier fee is paid by recipients.

Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Refund and Exchange for Damaged Product
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving the package if your product arrived damaged from Petit soiree and requires exchange.
Return item must be sent back to us within 15 days from receiving the package. Reimbursement will include shipping fee but doesn’t include any bank or any other commission fee related fees.
Any A/S service for damage reported after 7 days from receiving the package will incur service fee.
( In such case, service fee will include shipping fee of the item for both ways.)
Refund and or Exchange is not possible if item has been damaged by customer’s negligence.
- Please leave us a message with picture of damaged area.
Most of items at Petit soiree are pre-order items and therefore return or exchange is not possible if you have changed your mind.
In some cases, A/S service, refund and exchange may not be possible due to nature of bjd dolls.
- Head Asymmetry - This is a hand crafted head, not using 3D.
This will not be a criteria for A/S service, refund and exchange.
- Processing Marks - There can be some processing marks from removal of parting lines.
- Fine Dust & Small Air Bubbles on areas other than front of the face will not considered as a damage.
- Thin eye ball areas may be see-through.
- Trace of magnets around the head and head cap may be visible.
* A/S service for makeup, damaged beyond repair is NOT possible.
