4. Refund and Exchange for Damaged Product
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving the package if your product arrived damaged from Petit soiree and requires exchange.
Return item must be sent back to us within 15 days from receiving the package. Reimbursement will include shipping fee but doesn’t include any bank or any other commission fee related fees.
Any A/S service for damage reported after 7 days from receiving the package will incur service fee.
( In such case, service fee will include shipping fee of the item for both ways.)
Refund and or Exchange is not possible if item has been damaged by customer’s negligence.
- Please leave us a message with picture of damaged area.
Most of items at Petit soiree are pre-order items and therefore return or exchange is not possible if you have changed your mind.
In some cases, A/S service, refund and exchange may not be possible due to nature of bjd dolls.
- Head Asymmetry - This is a hand crafted head, not using 3D.
This will not be a criteria for A/S service, refund and exchange.
- Processing Marks - There can be some processing marks from removal of parting lines.
- Fine Dust & Small Air Bubbles on areas other than front of the face will not considered as a damage.
- Thin eye ball areas may be see-through.
- Trace of magnets around the head and head cap may be visible.
* A/S service for makeup, damaged beyond repair is NOT possible.
